My Wonderful Birth is the trading name of Jacqueline Ajayi, a sole trader based in Kent, England. You can contact us at hello@mywonderfulbirth.co.uk.

We only collect the information we need to organise your experience or fulfil your order, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

What we collect

  • Your contact details: name, email address and phone number.
  • Booking details: your preferred dates, your due date or due month, and any dietary requirements or allergies.
  • Photo consent: whether you're happy for photos of you to be used.
  • Order details: your delivery address, if you order a journal.
  • Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

  • To manage your registration, booking or order, and to contact you about it.
  • To keep you safe and comfortable on the day, for example by passing allergy and dietary information to the venue.
  • We don't send marketing emails. We'll only contact you about the experience you registered interest in, or the order you placed.

Our legal basis

We process your details to arrange the experience or order you've asked for. We process health-related information (such as your due date and allergies) only with your explicit consent, given on our registration form.

Who we share it with

  • The venue hosting your experience: your name, numbers attending, and any dietary requirements or allergies.
  • Trusted service providers who help us run our business: Stripe (payments), Google (registration forms), and our website and email providers.
  • We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for up to 12 months after the experience or order, and payment records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. We keep photos for as long as you've consented to their use.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@mywonderfulbirth.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
