My Wonderful Birth is the trading name of Jacqueline Ajayi, a sole trader based in Kent, England. You can contact us at hello@mywonderfulbirth.co.uk.

1. The Pregnancy Daycation

Booking and payment

  • The Pregnancy Daycation costs £195 per person (or the discounted price shown at checkout if you use a valid promotion code), paid in full when you book.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your place is confirmed once payment is received, and you'll receive an email receipt.
  • Places are limited and allocated in the order bookings are received.

Who can attend

  • You must be more than 13 weeks pregnant on the day to receive a pregnancy treatment. The experience is designed for mums in their second or third trimester.
  • Please tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when you book. The venue may ask you to complete a health questionnaire and an allergy form before your treatment.
  • If you have any pregnancy complications, please check with your midwife or GP before attending.

Cancellations by you

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
  • Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the event for a 50% refund.
  • Within 24 hours of the event, we're unable to offer a refund, as the venue's own cancellation charges apply in full.
  • If you're unable to attend for a pregnancy-related medical reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Changes by us

If we need to cancel or postpone the event, we'll offer you a full refund or a place on the new date. If a change of venue or timings is ever needed, we'll let you know as early as possible.

On the day

  • Every part of the day is optional. You're welcome to rest whenever you need to.
  • Our sessions are antenatal education and relaxation. They're not medical advice and don't replace the care of your midwife or medical team.
  • Please stop any activity and let us know if you feel unwell. The venue's own terms apply to the use of its spa and leisure facilities.

Photos

A photographer may be present to capture the day. We only use images of you in our marketing if you've given consent, and we focus mainly on the venue, the food and details rather than faces. You can ask us to stop using any image of you at any time.

2. The Pregnancy Prayer Journal

  • Journals are available to pre-order at the price shown, plus UK delivery.
  • We make our journals in small monthly batches. At the end of each month, we start making all pre-orders received that month, and dispatch them within 4–5 weeks. We'll email you when your journal is on its way.
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your journal. Please return it unused and in its original condition; we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Journals for experience guests: every mum attending a Pregnancy Daycation, babymoon staycation or any other in-person My Wonderful Birth experience receives a complimentary Pregnancy Prayer Journal. If, for any reason, your journal isn't available to take home on the day, we'll post one to you free of charge.

3. General

  • Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, except where the law doesn't allow this. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
